i purchaced it a few weeks ago for a friend who wants to outright quit smoking, and she's still smoking, it doesn't curve the cravings like it should, sadly.. but as a positive, she is smoking less...

I used the product 7 months ago and it worked. You have to be serious and follow the program outlined in the kit very closely to work. I found out about the system from an online article about natural methods of quitting and strongly recommend this if not the product rated barely better than this. I was a smoker for 34 years with up to 4 packs a day at times and I was still able to be clean using this system in 40 days. Of course, my wife was a strong support system that helped me from cheating on the program which is stongly recommended for those looking to quit.
